Sicily Hill does not accept returns.
Sicily Hill takes great care to ensure your candles arrive to you in excellent condition. However, if your product is damaged during the shipment process, please email us at info@sicilyhill.com to submit a claim for reimbursement.
Important Information on Damaged Items:
Every Sicily Hill shipment is insured via the shipping service (either UPS or DHL). To ensure you are able to have your reimbursement claim approved, you must complete the following:
- Keep the shipment box, all shipment cushioning, and the damaged item, and
- Take pictures of the condition of the shipping box and the damaged item.
Once you have reached out to the Sicily Hill Team, we will begin the claims process with either UPS or DHL. UPS or DHL will conduct an investigation using the pictures you have taken in accordance with the aforementioned requirement. To complete the investigation, UPS or DHL may need you to hand deliver the shipment box, all shipment cushioning, and damaged item to their retail location.
Please note, we are only able to reimburse your claim if it is approved by the applicable shipment service.
