Independent Sales Representative
POSITION: Sicily Hill is seeking self-directed and experienced Independent Sales Representatives in the real estate marketplace.
Candidate must be a self-starter with sales experience, real estate knowledge, motivation and passion for enhancing client relations. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to communicate and connect with professionals in the real estate market.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships,
- Generate sales and provide excellent customer service,
- Submit reports on your sales activity regularly and maintain organized and updated tracking for all leads and customers - Keep meticulous and updated records in a CRM,
- Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers,
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas,
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, and
- Follow company SOPs to ensure legal compliance and continuity throughout the supply chain
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful track record sales,
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and
- Demonstrated ability to perform and execute in an incentive-driven environment
- Ten percent (10%) sales commission,
- End of year bonus,
- Incentive rewards for attainment of x units sold,
- Marketing materials to assist with sales process, and
- Assistance with execution of strategic events for sales and brand awareness
